Communion Elements Preparation Team
The elements (juice and bread) are prepared on the first Sunday of every second month, Maundy Thursday and Christmas Eve. Coordinator: Renay Willis.
Facilities Team
Keeps our church facilities in shape by performing small repairs and maintenance. Roy Walsdorf, coordinator.
Funeral Team
Responsible for organizing food, servers, setup and take down of tables and chairs for funerals and memorial services. Coordinator: Anne-Marie Duquette.
Gracious Gardeners
Church grounds keeping. Coordinator: Chere Senft.
Kitchen Team
Responsible for serving food and kitchen clean up. Coordinator: Tootsie Walsdorf.
Library Team
Files books and videos. Coordinator: Nancy Buskirk.
Men's Group Helpers
Assists members by performing light household maintenance and repairs. Coordinator: Arlis Roberts, Men's Group.
Volunteer Services Coordination
Makes many of the ministries of the church possible. Coordinator: Barb Fazendin.
Van Ministry
Basic maintenance of the church vans. Coordinators: Don Cruley & Roy Walsdorf.
"We Care" Cards
Mails birthday, sympathy and get well cards to members as appropriate. Coordinator: Mary Benson.
Wedding Team
Responsible for organizing all of the elements of a wedding held here. We host weddings for members only.
Weekly Elder on Call
Elders take a week to visit, telephone, or send a card to the sick, bereaved, hospitalized or shut-in members. Coordinator: Pastor Scott Moncrieff.
